Job Opening

NPS is currently seeking to expand its Asia infrastructure Investment functions based in 

Singapore with the addition of an experienced candidate (s) at Senior Associate Level to 

the Singapore office. The successful candidate will be tasked with covering Asia Infrastruture

Investment market.

Job Description

O Monitoring/Researching market trends in Infrastruture sector such as major transactions,

 sector trends, major players(GPs, LPs, Governments, etc.) and issues, etc.

O Assisting in identifying and screening potential fund investment & co-investment

  opportunities in  Pan-Asia including Australia/New Zealand

O Assisting in conducting preliminary evaluation, financial analysis and due diligence and

  drafting related  reports and memos

O Assisting with negotiation for and execution of the potential and on- going investment

   opportunities

O Monitoring and assessing existing funds & portfolio companies

Requirements/Qualifications

O 3+ years working experience in Infrastructure investments and/or other relevant field in 

   Pan-Asia

O A strong investment/advisory track record is preferred. Experience in managing exiting 

   investments and other relevant experience would be regarded  

O High understanding of fund structure/terms, portfolio management, characteristics of

   the transactions and corresponding strategies, etc

O Strong knowledge of financial modelling and valuation  

O Highly motivated team player, with strong work ethic and attention to detail

O Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
