① When Applying in Korea (for applicants in Korea) - Required documents: Application form(available at any office), Passport, Alien Registration Card, Bankbook, Flight ticket. (the date of departure has to be within a month from the date of application)

- Application form (notarized by a notary agency of the country in which you reside and attested to by the Korean Consulate or Embassy), A copy of passport, A copy of bankbook
