〇 Details for Public Bidding

C. Contract method: International bidding【competitive, contract by negotiation】

D. Total period of contract : 3 years

E. Total budget : KRW 453,000,000(per year), VAT included

- The Project Budget stated above might be different from the Expected Price

- In Proposal, a bid shall be presented as the total bid price that includes value-added tax and other necessary costs.

- Even if a bidder is tax exempt, a bid price that includes a value-added tax must be presented.

- However, a selected bidder who is a tax exempt shall present a bid price that excludes the equivalent amount of value-added tax in signing contract.(Even if the contract is signed with the selected bid price, the exemption of value-added tax would be reflected later.)

- the best candidate for a bidding shall submit a proposal detailing its services to be provided.
